In this jam-packed 2 hour event, we’ll be sharing:
The Power of Presence: Empty nests, retirement, switching jobs, changing relationships – all of these can lead a woman to feel uncertainty and doubt. You’ll learn mindfulness exercises you can start RIGHT NOW to increase your confidence and restore your power so you can continue to feel strong and sexy through whatever life brings you.
Importance of exercise for confidence, power, and sexuality: A strong body is the foundation for a strong mind. You’ll learn WHY exercise is so important, and simple strategies for keeping yourself moving in a healthy way so you can exercise safely without fear of injury.
Vaginal health for sexuality, confidence, and power: Changing hormones can make things uncomfortable “down below”. And nothing makes you feel less sexy than a dry and irritated vagina. You’ll learn our top strategies for keeping your most feminine parts moist and healthy without using hormone replacement.
You’ll leave with an action plan for mindfulness, exercise, vaginal care, and more.
PLUS, we’ll be serving healthy snacks provided by Garden Kitchen.
Who we are:
Billie Frances: Mindfulness is at the heart of Billie’s life and work. She is passionate about teaching mindfulness techniques to provide pathways to passionate, peaceful, purposeful living. She is the founder of Mindful and Meaningful Coach Certification, a 90-day program for heart-centered professionals. Certified coaches nationwide apply Billie’s proven techniques to impact positive health behavioral change and wellbeing for thousands of clients. Billie has supported women as a licensed therapist, ACE Health Coach, ACE Behavior Change Specialist, National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and licensed Spiritual Counselor.
Ana Nieto: Ana is a trained nurse, nutrition specialist and personal trainer certified in SuperSlow, ACE (American Council on Exercise), Certified Exercise Instructor for people with medical diagnosis and TRX. She has worked in the Health and Wellness field for 18 years. She started in New York where she co – founded a personal training studio in Manhattan, called Transform Fitness. She has also managed and started farmers markets both in New York and San Diego, as part of her mission to create sustainable communities. Ana’s new business model incorporates more than personal training, and it’s geared toward helping you transform not only how you look and feel, but also to transform how you relate to life itself. She strongly believes that balanced energy is the key to physical and spiritual success.
Lisa Nicholson: Lisa is a California licensed and NCCAOM certified acupuncturist. She is passionate about working with anyone going through life transitions including chronic pain, cancer treatment, leaving military service, menopause, and more. She firmly believes that sexuality is an important part of living fully which is often ignored by the healthcare community. She offers a unique blend of acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, craniosacral therapy, nutrition and lifestyle counseling, and community education to help her patients live full, joyful, purposeful lives regardless of their physical challenges.
